Helium Leak Testing is done to trace or
detect leaks in metals. The molecule of helium is very small that can pass
through the smallest of leaks. Since this is inert, non-flammable,
non-condensable and non-toxic gas. Although hydrogen has the smallest molecule
but it is not inert and can react during testing. In conducting leak detecting
tests, the Helium gas is circulated through the area to be tested. Helium Leak
Testing is also known as Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector (MSLD) which is a test
conducted for locating and detecting the size of leaks in a system. Under this
broader category, we also provide other tests, such as Condenser Tube Helium
Leak Detection, Heat Exchanger Helium Leak Testing, Fugitive Emission Testing
and Helium Leak Detection Service.
